Our First AGM
We’re delighted to invite members of the Oban & District Development Trust to our first Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 24 September, in the Main Hall at Corran Halls, Oban.
This is an important milestone for ODDT as we look back on our first year, formally elect our Board, and look ahead to the Trust’s next stage of development.
The AGM will include:
A welcome and review of the Trust’s first year
Presentation of the Annual Accounts
Election of Board members
Other formal AGM business
Following the AGM, we’ll hold a Community Gathering, giving members and the wider community an opportunity to hear more about our plans and contribute to the development of ODDT’s future.
Want to stand for the Board?
If you’re interested in becoming an ODDT Board member, we’d love to hear from you. Please send us a short 150-word biography and up to 150 words explaining why you’d like to join the Board and what you could bring to the role by 2pm to obandistrict@gmail.com.
If you’re unable to attend the AGM, you can still take part in the formal business by completing a proxy voting form.
Please see below for the AGM poster, Annual Accounts and Proxy Voting Form.
We look forward to seeing our members and supporters on 24 September and to working together to shape the next chapter of the Oban & District Development Trust.
